The Site offers music-related products and services, including (but not limited to) CDs, vinyl records, t-shirts, digital music downloads, and links to concert tickets.

2. Orders

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without exception.

Please ensure that all personal and delivery information provided is accurate. Lucie Sue cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details submitted during checkout.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€), including VAT (when applicable), and do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. The total amount due, including shipping, will be clearly displayed before final confirmation of your order.

Prices may change at any time, but items will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the available online payment methods (such as credit/debit card ). Orders are confirmed and processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on product availability and shipping destination.

For pre-orders: Items will be shipped only once the full batch has been produced. This means that delivery may take longer than standard orders. Customers will be informed of expected shipping dates via email or updates on the Site.

Lucie Sue is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs in the case of international shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products (especially limited edition and personalized items), returns are generally not accepted, except in the case of defective or damaged goods. If you receive a faulty item, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the issue.

Digital products (downloads) are non-refundable once the download has started.
